We share data in limited circumstances:

• Aggregated Forecasts: Data Pass holders can view skill-weighted consensus data (individual forecasts are not identified)
• Leaderboards: Your username/display name and performance metrics are publicly visible on leaderboards
• Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting, payment processing, and analytics
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Forecast data is retained indefinitely as it becomes part of our AI training datasets upon submission (per the Terms of Service IP transfer clause).
