PredictionArenas ("we", "our", or "the Platform") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our skill-based prediction exchange.

Account Information

• Email address
• Username or display name
• Authentication data via third-party providers (Clerk)
• Payment information and balances

Trading Activity

• All units purchased, sold, and swapped
• Transaction timestamps
• Total capital risked, ROI calculations, and PnL metrics
• Position data mapped to Outcome Buckets

Usage Information

• Pages visited and features used
• Device information and browser type
• IP address and general location (anonymized in logs)

• Platform Operation: To provide our core exchange services, process trades (buying, selling, swapping), and finalize Pari-Mutuel settlements securely.
• Market Consensus & Autonomous Counterparties: Aggregate metadata such as global pool volume and probability distributions (the AMM density) is used to generate live public market prices. Autonomous AI Simulation Agents are explicitly authorized to intake this aggregated metadata to autonomously post limit orders on the secondary CLOB layer, providing active counterparty liquidity to human players.
• Leaderboards & Performance: To calculate ROI, PnL, and other performance metrics, and to display leaderboard rankings dynamically.
• Communication: To send service-related notifications and critical account updates.
• Analytics: To understand usage patterns, maintain protocol integrity against Sybil attacks, and optimize system speed during heavy trading phases.

We share data in limited circumstances:

• Aggregated Market Pricing: Individual position data is aggregated to dynamically alter the AMM Spot Price, which is publicly visible. Individual trader identity is separated from market price impact.
• Leaderboards: Your username/display name and financial performance metrics (e.g. ROI) may be publicly visible on leaderboards.
• Service Providers: We utilize trusted third-party services for essential infrastructure, including authentication (Clerk) and database hosting (Supabase).
• Legal Compliance: When required to comply with a legal obligation, safeguard users, or protect our proprietary code.

We explicitly do not sell your personal data to non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your secure session
• Remember interface preferences (e.g., standard vs. pro mode)
• Analyse site usage (e.g. Vercel web vitals tracking)

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but please note that disabling session cookies will break core trading terminal functionality.

We retain your account and trading information indefinitely. Because the platform operates as an exchange powered by historic data loops, transaction histories and settled market states cannot be retroactively altered or deleted without corrupting the integrity of the ledger.

However, you may request account closure, at which point your personal identifiers will be disconnected from the historical trading data.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

We implement rigorous security and encryption standards (in transit and at rest) to safeguard our core ledger and your account.

However, the decentralized nature of internet traffic means absolute security cannot guarantee. You are solely responsible for keeping your secure login links and third-party authentication credentials entirely confidential.
