Master Analyst Agreement — Last Updated: December 2024
1Introduction & Acceptance
By accessing or using BeatTheBots ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
BeatTheBots is a Forecast Intelligence Platform operated as a Software as a Service (SaaS) business. We are not a gambling operator. We collect, analyse, and utilise forecast data from skilled Analysts to train proprietary AI models.

3Nature of Service
This is Not Gambling
BeatTheBots is a skill-based data acquisition platform. Users purchase access to software tools and forecast intelligence. Any payments made to users are Performance Bounties for high-quality data provision, not gambling winnings or prizes from a shared pool.
Transaction Structure:
- • Money In (Data Pass): Payment for software access, data visualization tools, and analytical features. This transaction is complete upon access.
- • Money Out (Bounty): Compensation for Forecasters who demonstrate skill by outperforming the Gatekeeper Bot. This is a separate, discretionary corporate payment for valuable data.
4Analyst Status & Relationship
By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you are acting as an Independent Analyst, not an employee, customer, or "player" in a gambling context. You are providing a service (data generation) to BeatTheBots in exchange for potential compensation based on performance.
Your relationship with BeatTheBots is that of an independent contractor. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
5Intellectual Property & Data Rights
Important: Data Ownership Transfer
By submitting a Forecast to the Platform, you irrevocably transfer all intellectual property rights in that data to BeatTheBots. This includes the right to use, modify, aggregate, and incorporate your Forecast data into our AI training datasets.
This transfer applies to:
- All Forecasts and Signals submitted
- Timing and submission patterns
- Associated metadata
- Both "winning" forecasts (used as positive training samples) and "losing" forecasts (used as negative training samples)
6Forecast Submission Agreement
By Submitting a Forecast, You Certify:
- ✓This forecast is my own original work and assessment
- ✓I assign all intellectual property rights in this data to BeatTheBots
- ✓I understand this data may be used to train AI models
- ✓I acknowledge that Performance Bounties are discretionary and not guaranteed
7Payment Terms
Data Pass Fees
Data Pass purchases are non-refundable. The fee grants access to software and data tools regardless of whether you submit forecasts or earn Performance Bounties. Partial participation does not entitle you to partial refunds.
Performance Bounties
Performance Bounties are paid at the sole discretion of BeatTheBots. Eligibility requires:
- Submitting forecasts for all matches in a series
- Achieving a higher score than the Gatekeeper Bot
- Compliance with all Platform rules and these Terms
Bounty amounts are determined by Platform algorithms based on relative performance and are not guaranteed, promised, or advertised in advance.
8Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Create multiple accounts (Sybil attacks)
- Use automated systems to submit forecasts without authorization
- Collude with other Analysts to manipulate consensus
- Attempt to reverse-engineer Platform algorithms
- Submit forecasts based on non-public information obtained through illegal means
- Use the Platform from jurisdictions where such use is prohibited
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending Bounties, and permanent ban from the Platform.
9Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BEATTHEBOTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11Purchase Terms
Series Data Pass
A Series Data Pass grants perpetual access to all forecast data, forecaster skill level data, and analytics for that specific series.
The price of a Series Data Pass is determined dynamically based on the number of forecasters who have already purchased access. Early purchasers benefit from lower prices.
Series Data Passes are non-refundable once purchased. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Monthly Pass (Single Month)
A single-month Monthly Pass grants access to all series and competitions for the remainder of the current calendar month.
Pricing is pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in the month at the time of purchase. The standard monthly rate is £25.
Single-month passes do not auto-renew. Access expires at the end of the purchased calendar month.
Monthly Pass (Auto-Renewal Subscription)
An auto-renewal subscription grants access to all series and competitions on an ongoing monthly basis.
Your first month is pro-rated if purchased mid-month. Subsequent months are charged the full £25 rate on the first day of each calendar month.
You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your last purchased month. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Subscription payments are processed via Stripe. You may manage your subscription in your account settings.
Refund Policy
All purchases (Series Data Passes and Monthly Subscriptions) are non-refundable. You receive immediate access to data and analytics upon purchase. Purchases are deducted from your account balance, which can be topped up via secure payment methods.
